Privacy Policy

Waitlist form: Your name, email, shop name, phone system, sales rep count, current software, and your free-text response about your biggest sales problem. Your IP address is hashed with SHA-256 for rate limiting. The raw IP address is never stored.

When using Wysper (future): Call audio, real-time transcriptions, extracted quote data, customer business information from Google Places, and usage analytics to improve the product.

Waitlist data: To notify you when Wysper launches and to understand the needs of sign shops. Nothing else.

Product data (future): Real-time coaching, quote building, team analytics, and product improvement.

Wysper enforces two-party consent by architecture, not by policy. An automated disclosure plays on every call before the phone rings. This cannot be bypassed or disabled.

The system enforces consent configuration based on state law. If your shop is in a two-party consent state, the disclosure plays automatically. This is built into the system at the code level, not a checkbox someone can skip.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.

All stored recordings are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

All database connections are encrypted.

Waitlist data: Retained until you ask us to remove it, or until 12 months after launch, whichever comes first.

Product data (future): Configurable retention periods per shop. Auto-expiration on recordings. When something is deleted, it is actually deleted.

When a shop cancels Wysper, all their data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Not soft-deleted. Not archived. Actually wiped from every system.

You can request deletion of your waitlist data at any time by contacting us.
